SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
JinkoSolar (U.S.) Inc. (“JinkoSolar”) invites you to its EAGLE Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). Registration begins on October 1, 2020. The Sweepstakes runs until March 31, 2020 at 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Each person entering into the Sweepstakes (the “Entrant” or “You”) agrees to the rules of the Sweepstakes herein (the “Rules”).
AGREEMENT TO RULES
By participating, the Entrant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by the Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements set forth below. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of JinkoSolar as final and binding as it relates to the Sweepstakes.
WHO MAY ENTER
Any employee of a U.S. solar installation company purchasing modules through distribution may enter. JinkoSolar shall determine eligibility in its sole discretion. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
HOW TO ENTER
Please register at www.eaglemodules.com/sweepstakes. On the registration, You must include your name, your installation company name, your work email address, location, distributor name, and which distribution branch or branches your company purchases modules from.
RULES
Upon registration, You shall be entered into the Sweepstakes. On the last business day of each month starting on October 31, 2020, JinkoSolar shall randomly draw to determine a monthly winner. On April 15, 2021, JinkoSolar shall randomly draw the Grand Prize winner. Upon winning a monthly drawing, You shall become ineligible for other monthly prizes, but You shall remain eligible to win the Grand Prize.

Grand Prize: one (1) 13″ Macbook Pro
RIGHT TO CANCEL THE SWEEPSTAKES
In its sole discretion, JinkoSolar reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time and for any reason. JinkoSolar shall not issue any refunds associated with the cancellation of the Sweepstakes.
MODIFICATION OF SWEEPSTAKES RULES
JinkoSolar reserves the right to change the rules of the Sweepstakes at any time and for any reason, in which case JinkoSolar shall notify by email all Entrants affected by such change.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to the conflict of law principles thereof. You agree to submit all disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions to an arbitration proceeding conducted by the American Arbitration Association in San Francisco, California. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be binding upon the parties with the same force and effect as if a non-appealable judgment had been entered by a court of competent jurisdiction. Any award of the arbitrator(s) may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
