IronHorse Vineyards is a local winery in Sebastopol, California known for its sustainable winegrowing practices. The winery was looking for additional opportunities to improve its environmental impact, and adding solar panels to its warehouse seemed to be a natural fit.

Situated in the heart of Sonoma County’s Wine Country, this project was made possible by the hard work of Corona Solar and the support of CED Greentech Santa Rosa. Corona Solar and IronHorse Vineyards opted to use JinkoSolar’s EAGLE 72HM G2 modules because of the company’s high value proposition and EAGLE Modules’ Top Rating.

The 12.3 kW commercial rooftop system utilizes 30 of JinkoSolar’s 405W EAGLE 72HM G2 modules, which produces enough power to offset IronHorse Vineyard’s energy usage. It has an annual production of 19,600 kWh per year, saving the vineyard over $3000 in energy costs each year.

Joy Sterling, CEO of IronHorse Vineyards, is delighted with the solar system and stated, “We are so happy to have joined the 21st century by leveling up our climate smart efforts.”
